Accessibility Statement

Carasoin LLC wants everyone to be able to use carasoin.com and to visit Carasoin Day Spa & Skin Clinic. We design and maintain this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA compliance.

Current status

This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test it with automated tools and fix issues as we find them, and we are continuing manual testing of key tasks such as booking, ordering and checkout with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. We removed the third-party accessibility overlay in September 2026 in favor of building accessibility into the site itself.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third-party services embedded on the site, including our appointment request form, rewards program, gift card tool and checkout. We choose vendors that publish accessibility commitments, but we cannot guarantee their conformance. Older images may lack complete text descriptions; we are updating them.

Our spa

Carasoin Day Spa & Skin Clinic at 8474 Santa Monica Blvd was fully renovated in 2016 and permitted by the City of West Hollywood to the accessibility standards in the California Building Code. If you need assistance with access or have questions before your visit, call 310 855 0105.
