Returns 

At Carasoin LLC, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. However, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. By making a purchase from Carasoin LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this returns policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.Please review the following guidelines to understand our returns policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered, except for certain extenuating circumstances and certain situations were a full or partial refund or credit may be issued. Any substantially used product will not be eligible a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene, safety, privacy, fraud prevention and other commercial reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include used skincare, gift cards / vouchers and gift items such as candles, cosmetic products and devices / tools such as Rollers, Brushes or LED devices.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request efficiently.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund if eligible within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will only be processed for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure their safe arrival. We cannot be responsible for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping back to us.
  • Any items returned to us without prior contact to confirm the return and / or returns authorization will not be honored.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange for a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If the item was sold or marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. We cannot refund gifts once purchased either to the buyer or recipient. 
  • We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the details to info@carasoin.com 

7. Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this timeframe, cancellations are subject to our standard returns policy.

8. California Residents' Rights:

  • California residents have the right to request information regarding the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
